Meet The Attorney
Eric Roberson is a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from Stanton College Preparatory School, he obtained two Bachelors Degrees summa cum laude from the University of North Florida. Eric then attended the University of Florida College of Law where he received his law degree magna cum laude. Eric was a member of the Mock Trial teams in both college and law school.
After law school, Eric went to work as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting criminal cases in Duval and Nassau County. As a prosecutor, Eric handled cases ranging from DUIs and Domestic Battery to Robberies and Attempted Murder.
Following the State Attorney’s Office, Eric went to work for McGuireWoods, LLP – an international law firm. While there, a portion of Eric’s practice involved representing businesses and individuals facing White Collar criminal charges.
Mr. Roberson is currently associated with Jason K.S. Porter, P.A. Both Mr. Roberson and the firm vigorously defend good people facing criminal charges.

Eric has been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers for 2012 and 2013. In 2013, he was named an Up and Comer by Florida Trend Legal Elite. He is also active in the Jacksonville Bar Association, serving on the Board of Governors for the Young Lawyers Section and the Professionalism Committee.
